Is there anything you don't buy?

We buy all motorhomes or campervans, even left-hand drives; there's nothing we won't consider.

Do you buy caravans?

What factors determine the price?

Our price is based on current trade values, as well as your options and extras.

What if my caravan's MOT has expired or it hasn't been serviced recently?

No problem! We can collect it on trade plates if we need to.

My caravan's has been declared SORN. Can you still collect it?

Yes. All our drivers use trade plates to collect vehicles.

How quickly will you get back to me?

We'll try to get back to you within 15 minutes of your enquiry, either by phone or email.

How long will it take to complete the deal?

If the circumstances are right, we can complete the deal and pay you in a matter of minutes. Otherwise, you'll normally be paid by the end of the day.

How long does it take you to come and collect my motorhome?

Our driver can often leave for collection right after we agree a deal.

How do you pay me when I sell my motorhome? How long does it take to collect my money?

We usually transfer funds directly into your bank account by the end of the day.

When is the best time of year to sell my motor home?

Any time is a good time, so long as it suits you.

Can I use my motorhome in part-exchange for another motor home you've just bought from someone else?

Yes, you can. Give us a ring to see what we've got currently in stock. Because we’re always trading motorhomes we know exactly what the market rate is for different makes and models of motorhomes, camper vans and caravans all the time.

How long to I have to accept your offer?

Our offers are normally valid for seven days, as prices and stock can fluctuate.

How much does the valuation cost?

The valuation is free, regardless of whether or not you choose to accept our offer. There really is nothing to lose in enquiring.

Is there any commitment when I enquire?

No. In some cases, customers get a valuation from us, then try and sell privately ,and then come back to us when they realise how fair our prices are and howeasy the process is, wherever you’re based.

How Quickly Can the Transaction Happen?

We work to your time scale. If you would like to sell quickly, we can often arrange for inspection, collection, and payment within 24 hours.

Can I come and see you?

Of course, we'd be delighted to welcome you. Bring your campervan, come and have a chat over a coffee, and then make up your mind. There’s no pressure.

Do you really travel to Europe to collect motorhomes?

Absolutely. Depending on the location, we will either fly or get the train to you to collect.
We've done this many times and have very happy customers from around the European mainland.

What is the difference between a motorhome and a campervan?

There isn't one to us - we buy motorhomes, campervans, and mobile caravans

What is the easiest way to sell my motorhome?
